Our HelpLine PER System is designed primarily for people who live alone and may have difficulty reaching a phone during an emergency. It allows you to contact a family member, friend, or even emergency personnel 24 hours a day/365 days a year with the simple press of the transmitter button.
When you press the button on your transmitter, HelpLine will automatically call our monitoring center. One of our trained Operators will speak directly to you over the HelpLine unit and determine the nature of the call.
Our clients feel comfortable knowing that they have a panic button...a vital link that summons help without ever touching a phone. We can set up an account for you that is less than $1.00 per day. There are no long term contracts and you can cancel at any time.

TRANSMITTERS
We recommend that your waterproof transmitter be worn at all times. It should be readily available in the event of a fall and you are unable to reach a phone to call for help. You need only press the button on your transmitter to activate your HelpLine unit.
You may choose either a wristband or pendant stlye transmitter.
